 I just signed up! What’s next?

Welcome on board! Once we’ve matched your profile with the coordinator that will assist you the best, your bedside assistant will contact you within 24 hours of signing up. Next, you’ll complete a questionnaire that will help your coordinator to better understand your personal preferences and how we can help bring peace of mind to you and your family.

 What is a dedicated coordinator?

Each BedsideAssist client is assigned a bedside assistant coordinator to work with on a one-to-one basis. Your coordinator will grow to know you, your family members, and your preferences—all while learning to anticipate your needs without you having to repeat yourself.

Is my dedicated coordinator available on the weekend?

Our dedicated coordinators are only available during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, day or night, weekday or weekend electronically. When submitted after business hours, your tasks are screened and processed by live agents available around the clock to start processing your bedside requests.

What if I needed to speak to someone after hours? 

Simply contact your dedicated coordinator by phone, email or text. 

What’s the turnaround time?

Since our coordinators are shared resources among clients, we do not offer immediate turnaround. Expect most tasks to be completed in 24-48 hours based on the priority levels and deadlines on your projects.

Where will my assistant coordinator be located?

All of our coordinators are located in the United States and are well-trained HIPAA certified individuals with the intellect to assist with just about any task.

 Can my BedsideAssist handle scheduling?

Absolutely. Our goal is to coordinate your meetings, schedule appointments, and manage your calendar. Simply grant us access to manage your calendar. It’s that simple!

Can BedsideAssist make purchases on my behalf?

Yes! BedsideAssist can place orders, make purchases, and schedule payments safely and securely. To share credit card information, passwords, and other sensitive data, BedsideAssist simply collects your information over the phone. This way, we can ensure your information remains safe. At BedsideAssist, we are committed to your security and partner with HIPAA complaint networks to safeguard Important Patient Information and protect your personal information.

Can BedsideAssist make outbound phone calls for me?

Absolutely. Our coordinators are happy to contact friends, family members, make reservations, and place phone calls for you.

How about in-bound phone calls?

Coordinators cannot accept calls from contacts, vendors, or service providers on your behalf.

How do I submit my requests?

BedsideAssist offers several channels to submit your request anywhere, anytime; phone, email, chat, website portal and text.

Can my coordinator keep my emails organized?

Yes! Our coordinators can read, send, and delete messages on your behalf .It’s a great way to stay on top of your emails.

If I purchased a plan as a gift can I get a refund?

Once activated our plans cannot be refunded. We allow you to transfer the plan to anyone.

What else can BedsideAssist do for me?

Because each client’s need is different, our plans are individually tailored to provide solutions that will assist with the end user’s specific needs. We don’t know until you ask …

Is there a contract?

Our plans are billed month to month and can be cancelled at anytime. Any month started will not be prorated.
